Mini Baseball Bat Holder
I built this for my son to display his collection of mini bats. It took a couple of hours over two evenings to put together. It's built from a 1x4x4 and a 4ft piece of 3/8" dowel rod. It's lightly stained and protected with clear polyurethane.
Good question! Dowel spacing is critical. There seems to be two companies that make these mini bats. The magic number is 1-5/16 inches on center to handle both manufacturers.
what were the measurements you used for the dowel placements?

DeleteSo from center point to center point of each dowel it is 1 and 5/16 inches?
ReplyDeleteYes. Center to Center. Sorry it took so long to answer. Only 4 1/2 years! I forgot about this blog for a while. :)
